Get Digital Done is a trading name of Ceers 2112 Ltd (Company No. 16512807), registered in England & Wales. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we use it.
When you contact us via our website form, email, or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any other information you choose to share. We may also record a company's publicly listed name, website, general business contact address, and notes about its public website when considering whether our services are relevant to it. If you make a payment, Stripe processes your card details directly — we never see or store any payment information.
We use enquiry details to respond and to deliver our web design and hosting services. We may contact relevant limited companies or LLPs at their published business addresses about our services where permitted by law. Each such message identifies us and offers an easy way to opt out. We do not use personal enquiry details for unrelated marketing without permission, and we do not sell contact details.
We keep client correspondence and project records for up to 3 years for legitimate business record-keeping purposes. We review unengaged business prospect records at least every 12 months and remove them when no longer relevant. If you opt out of marketing, we keep the minimum information needed to honour that request.
You have the right to: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete your data; and object to how we use it. You can object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getdigitaldone.co.uk.
We use the following third-party services which may process your data: Stripe (payment processing — stripe.com/gb/privacy); Vercel (website hosting — vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy); Formspree (contact form processing — formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy).
We use browser storage to remember your cookie preference. Our enquiry forms are processed by Formspree. We do not currently use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
