Get Digital Done is a trading name of Ceers 2112 Ltd (Company No. 16512807), registered in England & Wales. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we use it.
When you contact us via our website form, email, or WhatsApp, we collect your name, email address, business name, and any other information you choose to share. If you make a payment, Stripe processes your card details directly — we never see or store any payment information.
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry and to deliver our web design and hosting services. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit permission and we do not sell it to anyone.
We keep client correspondence and project records for up to 3 years for legitimate business record-keeping purposes, after which it is deleted.
You have the right to: request a copy of any personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; ask us to delete your data; and object to how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@getdigitaldone.co.uk.
We use the following third-party services which may process your data: Stripe (payment processing — stripe.com/gb/privacy); Vercel (website hosting — vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy); Formspree (contact form processing — formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy).
We use only essential cookies — a small cookie to remember your cookie preference and a session cookie for form submission. We do not use any advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
