What should a redesign keep or fix?
Before replacing an older site, check what already helps customers find and contact you. These three checks give us a useful starting point for a Stonehouse or Stroud business.
Try the customer route on your phone
Can you find your main service, opening hours and a working call or enquiry button without zooming or hunting through menus? Note the page where you get stuck.
Check your local details
Does the site say which areas you serve, whether customers can visit you, and how to contact you? Check that its address, hours and phone number match the details you share elsewhere.
Keep the pages people already use
